We make our own knives
Every profile pattern is produced in our own shop with laser technology. That keeps turnaround short when a job needs a profile we have not run before, and it keeps the profile exact.

Our Livermore facility pairs modern machinery with an inventory of more than 3,000 moulding pattern knives, and the capability to create or replicate any pattern.
